Episode 90: Drukhari Part 1
In this episode, we start our discussion on Drukhari. In this first part of a two part podcast, we have a special interview with Brian from the Splintermind podcast covering the history and background of the Drukhari. We then overview the Kabals, Cults, and Covens and talk about our favorite units.

Overview of Dark Eldar
Dark Eldar are really three factions in one codex; Kabals, Wych cults, and Haemonculus Covens. To gain the obsession benefits of a particular one, you need to have a detachment that contains all units from a particular Kabal, Cult or Coven.
You will almost always take a pure detachment because the obsessions are worth it.
Kabals are shooting focused, with Archons, Kaballite Warriors, Ravagers, and the Flyers.
Cults are melee focused, with Succubus, Wyches, Hellions, and Reaver jetbikes.
Both Kabals and Cults emphasize speed over toughness.
Coven are tough units, with Haemonculus, Wracks, Talos, and Grotesques.
Mercenaries round out the Dark Eldar codex, with Incubi, Scourges, and Mandrakes.
